Gaia is a global marketing powerhouse founded by two dynamic female entrepreneurs with a deep understanding of the evolving music landscape and superfan culture. We connect brands and artists with their most passionate audiences using innovative strategies and a research backed, ethnomusicology approach.

We champion rising artists who are ready to expand their brands — and we’re especially passionate about uplifting voices in what the global music industry often labels as “emerging markets.” But to us, these markets are not emerging — they’re rising, thriving, and full of untapped brilliance.
From Colombia to Nigeria to Japan, we serve communities that are rich in culture, creativity, and potential — yet still underrepresented in mainstream Western media. As women of color, we understand firsthand the power of visibility and the urgency of equity on a global stage.
We exist to bridge that gap — helping artists and fans feel seen, heard, and respected across borders. Through culturally fluent strategy and bold storytelling, we aim to open doors that once felt out of reach and help rewrite what’s possible for the next generation of global creatives.
